The competition for the best doctoral and master’s theses has been concluded!

The 27th edition of the competition for the best doctoral and master’s theses has come to an end! Organized by StatSoft under the patronage of the Polish Statistical Society, the competition recognizes authors of theses prepared using statistical and data analysis tools available in the Statistica software family.

In the doctoral thesis category, the Committee awarded two equal main prizes:

• Dr. Marlena Białecka (Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw)

• Dr. Damian Mikulski (Medical University of Łódź)

The prize in the master’s and bachelor’s thesis category was awarded to:

• M.A. Patryk Augustyniok (Wrocław University of Economics)

We warmly congratulate the winners, their supervisors, and the universities they represent!
We also thank all participants for their submissions and for the high standard of this year’s edition.
