Statistica – A quick start

This training provides an introduction to Statistica. The aim of the training is to enable new users of the program to start working with it quickly. The basic principles of working with the software, the most important user interface conventions, the way of conducting analyses and basic operations on data, analysis results and charts will be presented.

• The course is intended for people who want to quickly start working with Statistica and who know the basics of statistical data analysis.

• Using the Statistica user interface
• You will learn basic skills in data preparation, analysis, and graph creation in Statistica

2. Data management fundamentals
   • Data spreadsheet
   • Importing data: databases and flat files
   • Data transformation
3. Data analysis process with examples
4. Data visualisation
   • Creating graphs
   • Graph customization
5. Basic data cleansing tools
6. Workspace: a professional environment for multi-step and recurring analyses

Training hours: 8:15 AM – 3:30 PM
