Angelo Gatto
Over 25 years spent in the Pharma industry, with leadership roles across operation functions and general management, in big pharmaceutical companies (e.g. Johnson & Jonson, Pfizer), and global B2B players (Chanelle, Aenova, Adragos).
Artur Sadzik
Manager with over 30 years of experience in the IT industry and manufacturing sector. Co-creator of innovative IT solutions for industry and a strong advocate of the Industry 4.0 concept in Poland. Author of Industry 4.0 roadmaps and digital transformation plans recognized and awarded by funding authorities in past and current competitions. He has extensive experience in supporting companies in their digital transformation and providing consulting services in this area — as a co-organizer of the government-established Future Industry Platform Foundation, as a consultant delivering advisory services on digital transformation, as a member of the Enterprise Digital Transformation Team at the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology, and since 1990, as an IT professional specializing in industrial systems such as BI, ERP (SAP), and MES. He is also a founding member of LubTech Bridge – Industry 4.0, a new technology cluster focused on implementing Industry 4.0 solutions.
dr Marek Skowronek
A graduate of the Jagiellonian University with a Master’s degree in Physics and Mathematics and a PhD in Molecular Biology. At StatSoft, he serves as the Head of Quality Systems. He has gained extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, working in TEVA’s Quality/Validation Department for over 16 years. He conducts training sessions and provides consulting services in the use of statistical methods and tools applied in process validation, product quality reviews, environmental monitoring, as well as in stability studies of medicinal products, analytical method validation, dissolution profile comparison, experimental design, and the implementation of the QbD (Quality by Design) approach in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Joanna Czornak
Manager of the Product Lifecycle Management Team at Delpharm. A graduate of Chemical Technology at Poznań University of Technology and postgraduate studies in Industrial Pharmacy at the Medical University of Gdańsk. Since 2012, she has been gaining experience in the manufacturing technology of solid and semi-solid dosage forms. An expert in processes such as Technical Risk Assessment, Material Risk Assessment, and Product Quality Review, ensuring effective implementation and maintenance of high product quality. Since 2022, she has been leading a team of technologists responsible for continuous process verification, including trending of critical product attributes and process parameters.
Michał Oczkowicz
He has been with StatSoft Polska since 2011. A graduate of AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, where he earned a degree in Applied Computer Science from the Faculty of Physics and Applied Computer Science. From the very beginning of his career, he has combined technical expertise with analytical and managerial skills. He started as a programmer and business analyst and later took on roles as a software architect, project manager, and product owner. He specializes in designing and implementing IT systems that support data collection, analysis, and reporting. He has managed numerous projects for companies in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, automotive, and healthcare industries. In his work, he leverages his experience in programming and in designing and optimizing MS SQL Server databases. He combines technical knowledge with hands-on experience in managing implementation teams, ensuring both the technical quality and organizational efficiency of projects.
Rafał Wajda
Key Account Department Manager. For over 20 years, he has been advising companies from various industries—particularly the pharmaceutical sector—on the effective use of analytical and reporting systems. He holds a degree in Economics with a specialization in Statistics and Econometrics. He has extensive experience in statistical efficiency estimation (production, cost), forecasting, and the effective use of reporting tools (tailored to end-user needs and external requirements), as well as in other areas related to data analysis. He also enjoys solving puzzles—solving a Rubik’s Cube has long ceased to be a challenge for him.
Katarzyna Michalska
A graduate of the College of Interfaculty Individual Studies in Mathematics and Natural Sciences at the University of Warsaw, where she studied Chemistry and Biotechnology. She has been with Gedeon Richter Polska Sp. z o.o. since 2017 and currently works as a Documentation Section Specialist in the Product Development Division. Her responsibilities include a wide range of tasks related to the comprehensive assessment and preparation of medicinal product registration documentation, as well as the planning, preparation, and statistical analysis of stability study results. She actively supports processes related to the registration of new medicinal products in a dynamically evolving regulatory environment.
Piotr Zawadzki
A graduate of the Jagiellonian University, Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science. Software developer and systems architect. He has been with StatSoft since 2010, responsible for the design, implementation, and validation of software, with a particular focus on SPC systems and solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.
He has participated in dozens of implementation projects for companies such as Adamed, Amcor, Gedeon Richter, Pepsi, Polfa Tarchomin, and Teva.
